You can transfer Marriott Bonvoy points to 43 different airline points programs, including several unique programs that have no other transfer partners.
Marriott points transfer at a 3 Marriott points to 1 Airline point. You should also try to transfer points in 60,000 Marriott point increments because you receive 5,000 extra airline points for every 60,000 Marriott points you transfer.
If you follow this strategy, 60,000 Marriott will turn into 25,000 airline points.
There are a few exceptions:
- United Airlines transfers with a 10% bonus, so 60,000 Marriott points = 27,500 miles.
- JetBlue TrueBlue transfers at 6 to 1 ratio, so 60,000 Marriott points = 12,500 points.
- Air New Zeland Airpoints transfer at a 200 to 1 ratio, so 60,000 Marriott points = 325 Airpoints. (A one-way business class flight from Los Angeles to Tokyo on ANA or United would cost 1,300 Airpoints, or 240,000 Marriott points)
