Here’s your miles, points, and travel news:

IHG Triple Points Returns

IHG One Rewards just opened registration for its Q4 2025 promotion where you can earn double points on your second stay and triple points starting with your third stay between October 1 and December 31, 2025.

You’ll need to register between September 16 and December 31 before any eligible stays, and only paid nights with a minimum $30 nightly rate qualify (sorry, award nights don’t count).

The promotion caps at 70,000 bonus points total, but you could potentially earn up to 50x points per dollar if you stack Diamond status with the co-branded credit card during those triple-point stays.

Sapphire Preferred Restaurant Deal

Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholders can snag a one-time $75 statement credit when spending $150 or more at participating restaurants between September 16 and October 16, 2025.

You’ll need to link your Infatuation account to your Chase account before dining at any of the 165 eligible restaurants spread across 11 major cities: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Houston, Boston, Dallas, San Diego, Washington D.C., and Miami.

The offer only works for primary cardholders (sorry, authorized users), and certain purchases like delivery, takeout, and gift cards may not qualify unless they appear as direct restaurant transactions to Chase.

Delta’s Mediterranean Route Expansion

Delta let SkyMiles members and employees vote on new transatlantic destinations, and the results are in: Sardinia and Malta beat out Ibiza as the airline’s newest Mediterranean routes from JFK.

You can book flights to Sardinia starting May 20, 2026 (four times weekly) and Malta beginning June 7, 2026 (three times weekly), both operating on Boeing 767-300ERs with older business class seats but comfortable 2-3-2 economy layouts.

This expansion joins Delta’s previously announced Boston routes to Nice and Madrid for 2026, reflecting the airline’s strategy of testing secondary European destinations with smaller aircraft rather than focusing solely on major cities.

Choice Points 45% Discount Deal

Choice Hotels is running a promotion offering Choice Privileges members up to 45% off points purchases through September 29, with the maximum discount bringing points down to 0.57 cents each when you buy 18,000 or more.

You can purchase up to 180,000 points with tiered savings of 35% off for 6,000-9,000 points, 40% off for 10,000-17,000 points, and 45% off for 18,000+ points, all processed through Points.com so you’ll want to use a card earning at least 2% back or the Choice Privileges Select Mastercard for 10X points.

Priority Pass Goes Ultra-Exclusive

Collinson International just launched Priority Pass Private, an invitation-only airport experience that flips the script on their usual democratized lounge access by targeting high-net-worth individuals across 70+ airports in 30+ countries throughout the Middle East and Europe.

You can’t sign up directly for this service — instead, businesses like financial institutions, private banks, and wealth management companies invite their most valued customers to access these ultra-premium airport perks.

The experience includes personalized meet-and-assist service, expedited check-in and security, private VIP lounges, gourmet dining, and airside chauffeur transfers that deliver you directly to your plane — essentially bringing private aviation-level service to commercial airline passengers.

American Expands Into Vero Beach

American Airlines will launch daily nonstop flights between Vero Beach Regional Airport and Charlotte Douglas International Airport starting February 12, 2026, marking the first time travelers from this Florida coastal city can access American’s global network through its second-largest hub.

You’ll fly on a Bombardier CRJ-900 regional jet operated by PSA Airlines, featuring 12 first-class seats and 64 economy seats with 24 offering extra legroom in a year-round daily operation.

American joins the growing competition for Vero Beach service, following Breeze Airways’ seven Northeast destinations and operating base plus JetBlue’s upcoming December launch of Boston and New York flights to the previously general aviation-focused airport.

Chase Sapphire EEEEEATSCON NYC Perks

Chase Sapphire cardholders can score early entry and exclusive benefits at EEEEEATSCON New York, happening October 4-5, 2025 at Manhattan’s Pier 76 at Hudson River Park.

You’ll need any Chase credit or debit card to snag $25 general admission tickets, but Sapphire Preferred and Reserve cardholders get to enter at 11 a.m. instead of the regular noon start time.

Reserve cardholders can access the Chase Sapphire Reserve Experience with complimentary drinks and extra bites, plus they can purchase All You Can EEEEEAT tickets through Ultimate Rewards while supplies last.
