Capital One $350 Checking Bonus
Capital One is out with a new $350 bank bonus for their 360 Checking account when you:
- Using promo code BONUS350
- Set up and receive at least 2 direct deposits each of $250 or more within 75 days of account opening.
The bonus runs until October 18, 2023 and it will be deposited into your account within 60 days after you meet the requirements.

LATAM Launches Los Angeles to Sao Paulo Flights
LATAM Airlines, in partnership with Delta Air Lines, has launched a new nonstop service between Los Angeles (LAX) and São Paulo (GRU), Brazil starting on August 4, 2023.
The tickets are bookable via Delta or LATAM. Elite flyers with either airline will enjoy reciprocal privileges like lounge access, priority boarding, and security, while frequent flyer members can earn and redeem miles on the new flights.
The flight will initially operate three times per week, first on a Boeing 777, and later on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The schedule is as follows:
- Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays: Depart Los Angeles 1:15 p.m. – Arrive São Paulo 5:15 a.m. (+1)
- Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays: Depart São Paulo 11:20 p.m. – Arrive Los Angeles 7:35 a.m. (+1)
Southwest's Flight Schedule Extended
Southwest’s releases their flight schedules in batches and about seven months in advance.
Southwest has now extended their flight schedule to April 8, 2024. If you are trying to book flights for Spring Break, now is likely the cheapest time to book. Plus, if the price goes down, you can rebook and get a credit for the flight difference.
New Spirit Airlines Flights
Spirit Airlines is adding new routes:
- Las Vegas to Charleston (SC) on September 7, 2023 for 5 weekly flights on an A320 (daily after 10/6/23).
- Newark to Detroit for one daily flight starting on September 6, 2023 on an A320.
- Newark to Phoenix for one daily flight starting on August 9, 2023 on an A320.
- Boston to Houston for one daily flight starting August 9, 2023 on an A320neo.
- Boston to Phoenix for one daily flight starting August 9, 2023 on an A320neo.
Spirit is also launching a temporary flights between September 6, 2023 and October 5, 2023 between Charlotte and Chicago (ORD), Nashville and Boston, and Nashville and Miami.
