Million Miler Lifetime Elite Status

Alaska Airlines’ Million Miler program offers lifetime elite status, but achieving it requires a significant commitment.

Only actual miles flown on Alaska Airlines count towards the status. Miles on partner airlines or credit card spending does not count towards lifetime elite status.

Alaska Airlines has two Million Miler tiers:

Alaska also awards Million Milers with unique benefits:

Elite Status Boost

Alaska helps Million Milers earn elite status more quickly by offering an elite qualifying mile boost. One million milers receive 20,000 elite miles annually, and two million milers receive 40,000 elite miles annually.

Main Cabin Meals

Million Milers receive a complimentary meal or picnic pack whenever meals are served in the Main Cabin on your Alaska Airlines flight.

Share Your Elite Status

One of the best benefits of Alaska’s lifetime elite status is the ability to share your elite status with someone in your household for the rest of your life.

You can change your household member once per year, which takes effect on January 1st of the following year.

Plus, if you earn a higher status tier than your lifetime tier, your companion also gets the benefits of that higher status.
